Assessment of Needs
Before we assume the duties of security professionals within your organization, the senior management team will conduct an assessment of your current security operations and meet with key personnel to discuss the issues and objectives of your organization. The results of this assessment are then utilized to develop a proposal that meets your needs.

Screening Process
If your organization feels that HarborSite is their security team of choice we then screen, hire, and train a select team of officers specifically chosen to provide services to your organization. This selection process takes into account the information gathered during the assessment and correlates it with the pool of personnel to come up with a team of professionals that can best integrate into your organization.

  • Employment history screening
  • Personal reference checks
  • Address history
  • Credit check
  • Criminal records check
  • Drivers license check and history
  • Drug screening (Initial and mandatory random)
  • Honesty Testing
  • General Aptitude testing
