With the advent of terrorism and an ever expanding global economy, the need for training of our world’s law enforcement, military, and security forces is at an all-time high. The mindset that a security officer is just there for public relations is a thing of the past. Every officer that puts on a uniform or performs a security/law enforcement function must be trained and deployed effectively to minimize liability and protect both personnel and property.

The HarborSite team is prepared to provide your agency with pre-developed or custom training packages to meet the needs of your organization. Whether you are a law enforcement agency in need of Active Shooter training and protocols or a government security contractor in need of training that meets the specific requirements of a contract, we can help.

Training Facilities
HarborSite currently conducts training at facilities located in the Tidewater area of Virginia and in Southern New Jersey. For more information about our facilities click here.

Mobile Training Teams
The HarborSite training unit has teams of instructors that can travel to your location to conduct training at your facilities or we can assist in locating suitable facilities in your area to reduce cost.

Sponsorship Training Programs
For agencies with tight training budgets, HarborSite has a program to meet your needs. By sponsoring a training program, your agency can receive free training for their officers. Sponsoring a program requires the sponsoring agency to fill a pre-determined number of slots in the course with personnel from other agencies that will pay the cost of tuition and also provide the facilities. In return, the sponsoring agency will receive a certain percentage of slots in the course at no charge. For more information, email us at training@harborsite.net.
